Highland Expedition Acknowledgement

When booking an Experience, you acknowledge the following:

Age Requirements: All attendees in your party must be at least 8 years of age. Our bovine friends can be easily startled by the excitement and curiosity of younger children. For everyone’s safety and to ensure a positive experience, we believe our activities are best suited for older children who can follow clear directions and demonstrate an understanding of personal space and gentleness. Please refrain from chasing or making loud noises, as this can cause our beloved Highlands to flee or kick. Our goal is to create an educational and enjoyable atmosphere for all!

Physical Requirements: All attendees must be capable of walking on sloping and hilly terrain and should wear appropriate closed-toe footwear. If your party consists of four or more people, the entirety of the tour will be conducted on foot. We recommend dressing comfortably, keeping in mind that you may be navigating through taller grass and encountering various farm elements along the way.

Farm Environment: Please remember that you are booking an experience on a working farm. Flies, unique smells, and the natural occurrences of animal behavior may happen during your visit. Our Highlands may slobber, relieve themselves, and proudly display their anatomy. In our pastures, there’s no shame—just the joys of farm life!

Restroom Reminder: We advise using the restroom prior to your arrival to maximize your time during the experience. Visits will start promptly at the designated time, and late arrivals will not extend the scheduled experience.

Pets may not accompany you to the farm. REQUIRED service animals may accompany you in designated spaces that are not shared with close contact to our cows. We will make reasonable accommodation to help you view our cows, but all service animals must be handled in your close care and may not enter paddocks or walk fencelines. Experiences will be modified to ensure our livestock and own individual guest safety.

There is NO smoking of any kind on the farm. This includes recreational drugs, and vaping. This is private property and we reserve the right to ask you or anyone in your party who is observed smoking to leave the premises.

We will operate in light rain. Guests should dress accordingly, wearing a rain coat, or bring an umbrella. We reserve the right to reschedule for moderate or heavy rain.

You are booking the Highland Expedition Experience, which is specifically tailored for educational interactions with our Highlands. This experience is not intended for photo sessions, picnics, business inquiries, or special celebrations.
